Coffee. Cafe el Camino is simply a medium that I wish to use to connect my passion for my culture and coffee, to other like-minded individuals. Because we are mobile, I get to choose what kind of people and communities I want to align myself with, where I want to take up space, and who I want to build community with. Thus, it is my goal to continue on my trajectory of working with marginalized communities and cultivating strong ties with my hometown. I grew up in the Tumwater School District, and have siblings who are still in the school system here, so it is exciting to see how I can give back to the community that raised me. This passion project started as a means to create a space of inclusivity for young BIPOC artists and entrepreneurs. I am extremely thankful that I have been able to find partnerships and team up with Latine-owned and operated roasters (@barriocoffeeco), pastry makers (@olysmalasadas), investors, and creatives.  My friend, Lupita Hernandez, a student at Western Washington, helped me design the entire brand for this project. I have been blessed to find so much talent, dedication and within these people and I am dedicated to continuing on this path. Our menu is unique and heavily inspired by my Mexican descent. We specialize in espresso drinks, matchas, and lotus energizers. One of our fan favorites is our Mazapan Latte, a hot or cold espresso drink with a dulce de leche and peanut+confection candy rim. We are based out of a renovated 1971 vintage airstream. With the help of my family, I was able to give the space a complete interior remodel. It was a lot of work, but it was worth it!

Longhouse Fish Company supports Tribal fisheries and Native Caught fish from the Pacific North West, helping honor their seafood fishery and preserve the traditions and heritage of indigenous fishing practices.They create small-batch, artisanal smoked fish, working close with each harvester to carefully select each fish, and use natural alder wood smoke & traditional smoking methods to bring out the Best flavor and texture to each piece. They feature Salmon sourced from various parts our Washington water ways which have a wonderful unique taste and texture in each featured fish that most people never knew existed. They believe that sustainability is a crucial part of their business, and they strive to minimize their impact on the ecosystem and support local non for profit organizations focused on keeping our Washington waters clean for many generations to come.

Candles, wax melts. In 2022 Alice bought a candle kit on Amazon just for fun. She enjoyed and learned so much about the process of making candles and what goes into it. For Alice, pouring candles and giving them away to friends and family is not just fun but also very therapeutic. A year later 2023 she decided to use this passion to start a candle business, Amaj Scents.

Soap, tea. Soaps are made in small batches to ensure that no step is missed. Their Cold Processed (Homemade) Soaps have natural antibacterial properties minus the harsh detergents that "Big Brand Soaps" use. Each batch is made with Sodium Hydroxide, Distilled Water, Tussah Silk and Natural Oils. Your skin deserves the best and that starts with Black Mermaid Products.

Soap, tea. Bumblebug Creations is named after a mellow yellow convertible VW beetle with a black top. Tina is a sewist with decades of experience. A creator of  hand-sewn items, with a focus on the practical. You'll find bowl and ice cream cozies,  adult dignity bibs, kids aprons, unsponges and more. That being said, the whimsical is fun too! Primitive dolls, highland cows, viking gnomes and mushrooms. Lately, a lot of focus has been given to fabric wrapped rope creations. Items include pie plate trivets,  benneton bread proofing bowls, decorative rope circles and more. Shoe charms have been a fun addition to the repritore. You'll easily find Bumblebug Creations at any event by looking for the black & white checkered tablecloths.
